THE PING PONG
CONSPIRACY
The CIA's $22 Billion Fleece of the State Lottery System
Logline:
During the last 20 years he has helped a federal agency fleece over $22 Billion from the state lotteries,
but now an old man dying of cancer, to redeem himself with his estranged grandchildren, he gives them
access to the winning lottery numbers, and the results threaten to bring down the CIA.
Synopsis:
They stole $16,421,808 last week. You could add up the lifetime take for Jesse James, John Dillinger and
Willie Sutton, then throw in the Great Brinks Robbery and it wouldn't be close to what these four men had
just taken, but this was just a so-so week.
Moreover, these people had no fear of being caught because they knew the money would never be missed.
In fact, they planned to do it again next week just like they had every week for over two decades.
Over the last 22 years Tom Baldwin, technical genius, founder and CEO of the firm that manufactures and
services all state lottery machines and numbered ping pong balls, has supplied his deep cover CIA associates
with all winning lottery numbers. He controls the lotteries each week using on-line computers, concealed
electromagnets in the machines and metal-based paint on pre-selected ping pong balls.
Over $25 Billion has been deposited to The CIA's Discretionary Fund through Tom's efforts. As advancing
age and declining health push him closer to the day on which he must hand the controls over to younger men,
he decides to reacquaint himself with his three estranged grandchildren who have not seen or heard from
him in over 16 years, and give each of them the key to the lottery in their state.
Three compelling subplots diverge as each grandchild follows a different path with their newfound wealth.
The story builds to a tense and unnerving crescendo as their inability to control the greed within and
around them begins to topple the lottery scheme and the CIA itself.
No one appears to escape the evil seduction of power brought about by the sudden availability of unlimited
amounts of money. However, the unexpected but believable twist in the last scene will cause the reader to
question whether the story they just read is fact or fiction.

Be afraid. Be very afraid.
According to author Will Locksley,
as reported on the back cover of "Fatal Probe", "3.3 million women
contract an infectious disease
from their unregulated private physicians
and according to a 6 year review of over 400 medical studies,
132,000 of them are dying slow, agonizing deaths."
Does all of this
seem impossible? Unfathomable? Or just plain crazy to you? As a medical
professional myself, I fully expected to rank Will Locksley as an
another great conspiracy theorist. Instead, I consider Will Locksley to
be a man asking all of the right questions at an auspicious time in
medical history. While I will continue to critically examine and review
his theories on a professional level, I can not help but feel that in
"Fatal Probe" Locksley is a man that has created a perfectly logical
common sense movement that has the potential to change the way
physicians and nurses practice medicine. I am also optomistic that
patients, educated in the area of safe medical procedures, will change
the face of doctor-patient relationships, medical equipment development
and testing, and patient care forever.
If you are a woman, or care about a woman in your life, I recommend you read "Fatal Probe". Locksley, in plain English, makes a plausible argument that rips open the sham that is our current medical hierarchy's position on equipment cleaning processes and sanctioned unsanitary patient care. Locksley reveals throughout "Fatal Probe" the forces and government agencies which are perpetuating practices that put patients at risk; and what as patients, consumers, and family members, we can do to change the system. "Fatal Probe" is packed with relevant information for any patient who wants to know just what questions to ask their doctor to ensure that they are getting the best care possible without fear of becoming contaminated by non-sterile equipment or procedures.
The only speed bumps in "Fatal Probe" were the excessive and often unnecessary endnotes and the fact that studies are only briefly quoted and referenced and not shown more completely (which is a plus for the lay person, but a let down for medical persons). However, even with the distraction that was created by flipping back and forth to the endnotes, and my disappointment at not being able to truly sink my teeth into Locksley's research, I still have found "Fatal Probe" to be an excellent piece of non-fiction and possibly one of the most essential pieces of well packaged information on the market for anyone who will ever be a patient, a family member of a patient, or a medical professional.
If you care about your health and about the health of the ones you love; if you want to know just what questions you need to ask your doctor to help keep your family safe; read "Fatal Probe" by Will Locksley!
There is a real possibility that an otherwise healthy woman can walk into a doctor’s office for her annual pelvic exam, and walk out infected with a deadly disease. The health provider may not be breaking any laws, recommended procedures or ‘Standard of Care’, but the outcome is just as lethal.
The cause of this danger can be isolated to one specific possibility: the widespread use of non-sterile medical devices and procedures during highly invasive, gynecological examinations, a practice officially sanctioned by the AMA and permitted by the federal government through guidelines and rules published by the CDC and FDA.
A March 01, 1999 article in Newsweek correctly reported, "Tens of thousands of the medical instruments used in highly invasive procedures are not intended to be sterilized." However, the focus of the story was limited to endoscopes, which are only the tip of this contaminated iceberg and did not consider the unregulated, 110 million annual gynecological exams.
During these yearly exams an estimated 3.3 million U.S. women are being cross-infected with life-threatening pathogens: i.e. HIV, HCV, HBV, CJD, HPV (cervical cancer), unnerving and troublesome yeast infections or one of a number of other infectious/contagious diseases.
This conclusion was reached as the result of an in-depth, six-year review of over 400 studies and articles; discussions with hundreds of medical professionals and patients; the valuable contribution of an internationally recognized microbiologist; and the wisdom of a world renowned infectious disease physician.
It is truly shocking that this horrific national atrocity has not been previously recognized.
The medical community justifies the reality by saying, "There is no need to use sterile instruments during the examination of non-sterile areas of the body because the area is already non-sterile and body cavities are encased in intact, mucous membranes; therefore, high-level disinfection is adequate."
Over a decade ago, the U.S. dental profession was forced to stop the use of non-sterile devices, which were shown to be the probable cause of HIV cross-infections. It is time to initiate policies to protect the health of U. S. women who undergo these 110 million gynecological procedures every year.
